Even if you have your theme picked out for the month, your spread can be a little difficult to layout (in a good looking way). These adorable habit tracker examples for April will definitely give you some ideas before you start! Whether you want a clean graph type layout or something with more doodles, you’ll find something you like below…
Here are the layouts I like:
Friends Theme Habit Tracker

Friends on Netflix and bullet journals, yes please… I love this habit tracker because not only does it have an awesome font, it has an anxiety tracker at the bottom as well. This is something I’m definitely taking inspiration from and will have to try next time I set up a new spread! Plus, the way she incorporates the colors is perfect. Whether you’re a beginner or you’ve been bullet journaling for years, this classic spread would work with plenty of themes. Netflix and bujo?!

Analytical Habit Tracker

Lately, I’ve been on a geometric shape kick with my bullet journal and this habit tracker would work perfectly with that… Something about how the cleanliness and precision of this spread is super satisfying. I love the idea of tracking habits with dots and the graph at the bottom just completes the overall look! If you’re going with a minimalist theme for the month, this would look great. Plus, you could change out the yellow for any color to match what you have going on. Analyze your habits and take a tactical approach for the month!

Watercolor Theme

I really like the idea of the circle tracker and I love how she complements the tracking colors with the watercolors in the background! If you want a super clean look but still want to add something to spice things up, this tracker will definitely give you some ideas. I love that she’s keeping track of simple task and isn’t overcomplicating things. This spread would be super easy to set up with a stencil so it’s beginner friendly for sure. Bring it full circle, and stick to those habits!
Simple Habit Spread
If you’re looking for a simple habit tracker that you can add your own doodles too, then this one is for you… The simplicity of the trackers for each habit is perfect. Plus, if you’ve read any of my other posts, you know I love a good drop shadow! This type of layout paired with a cute quote or some flower doodles throughout would definitely be something that I’d try in my own bujo. KISS… keep it simple… sister?! lol
Black & White Spread
Okay, if you’re doing a black and white theme this month… you have to try something like this spread. Even if you don’t add the Game of Thrones watercolor vibe to the bottom, the actual tracker is just awesome in my opinion. I love how she uses a simple icon for each habit and tracks it with an even simpler (is that a word?! idk… looks funky written out) black box. Any minimalist that isn’t super particular about clean lines and neatness, is going to love this tracker! Tracking your habits is actually pretty black and white… you either didn’t do it or you did. Just do the thing this month!
3D Habit Tracker
Looking for a super creative and crazy habit tracker this month!? Well, this example is definitely it! Before coming across this spread, I hadn’t seen anything like it and I’m completely in love. I know it looks complex, but using the dots of your bullet journal actually makes it super simple to set up. Just sketch it out in pencil first so you can get a good idea of how big you want to make it! Plus the way she shades in each day with the tasks makes the 3D effect pop even more. Break out your glasses and go 3D with this awesome habit tracker!
Classic Layout
Now if the 3D tracker from above was a bit too much for you, then I think you’ll like this spread. To me, this is the “classic” layout for a habit tracker and is all ways a great addition to your bujo. It’s simple, easy to set up and effective. You can easily update it and switch out the colors to match your theme as you see fit. This is a perfect tracker for bullet journal whether your a pro or just starting! Plus, you can track plenty of different habits if you want to get super detailed. Keep it classic with this simple layout!
Doodle Spread
This spread is full of super cute examples for ideas to try in your own habit tracker! You could take inspiration from these and use the layout from above… then you’ll have your tracker all finished in no time. My personal favorite is the small calendar in the middle with the leaves… I think that would look great with a springtime theme and you could fill out the entire spread with even more doodles. Whether you want something simple or more artsy, I’m sure these cute ideas will give those creative juices flowing!
Cloud Theme
I’ve already said it once… and I’ll say it again, I love drop shadows lol. This habit tracker is filled with them and I love it! I love how she has the clouds at the top of the spread with all the different habits “hanging” below… but I think the best part is the raindrops scattered throughout the spread. Plus the way she created the mini monthly calendars for each habit but simply graying out the days is a subtle, but nice little touch. Depending on how you’re feeling this month, you could add more sunshine or more clouds… Hopefully, it’s sunny for you this month!
Tracking Multiple Habits
If you’re tracking quite a few habits and just want to keep things simple, then this spread is for you! I love the overall simplicity and how it takes up the entire page. Plus, the way she just uses different shades of red for each habit is definitely something I’m going to take inspiration from in general. I might try something like this but only tracking three habits and add it to the bottom of my mood tracker for the month… hmmm. Get down to the details with this habit tracker!
Bee Habit Tracker
Going with a bee theme this month!? Perfect… this spread is definitely going to inspire you. I love how she uses the hexagons in different shades of yellow to decorate the spread and it really brings together the overall theme. And the way she keeps the actual tracker very basic is the perfect balance to the doodles in my opinion. She has multiple different pages in her bullet journal with this bee theme but my favorite has to be the April mood tracker. She tracks anxiety / depression and I can relate to that. If you’re doing anything bee related in your bujo, definitely check out the rest of her spreads!
Flowery April Habit Tracker
This tracker has to be one of my favorite floral spreads… I love the realistic look of the flowers over the more cartoony doodles. While if I tried something like this, I don’t it wouldn’t turn out as good… but, I still really like the layout of the actual tracker. It’s super simple and the vertical full-page spread is a nice layout in my opinion. If you’re going with a floral theme this spring this example will definitely give you some good ideas!
Purple Habit Tracker

Grow Habit Tracker Reviews
Here is another classic habit tracker layout but this time with more bold and boxy calendars for each habit. I love the way they use a super vibrate purple and add a thick outline! Plus each habit header is basic but has some personality with the purple over the text. But the best part about this tracker is that you could literally adapt it to fit any kind of theme seamlessly… Just switch out the color to something that matches and add your own doodles to finish it off. Customize this tracker and make it your own!

Cute Habit Tracker

How about a nautical or boat theme for the month!? I love this super cute tracker and the way they set up the calendar shadows really adds to the boat vibe. Librarian pro 4 0 – complete personal inventory system allows. While I do really like this spread, I do have one problem with it… no fried food!? I don’t think I could do that lol. That one would be blank at the end of the month for me. Throw on your Sperrys and track down those vineyard vines!
Harry Potter Theme
If you’re a Harry Potter fan, you’re going to love this one! I think it’s the perfect amount of “potter” without being overkill if you know what I mean. The header font and banner is spot on… Plus, the way she outlined the habit calenders really completes the look. While I’m not the biggest Potter fan, I’m definitely going to take inspiration from the way she set up her habit headers and use that somewhere in my own bullet journal. Side note, I always scream“Wingardium Leviosa” whenever I’m checking my weight, give it a try, it works I promise

Basic Habit Tracker Page

Not tracking 10 different habits this month and just tracking a few?? This spread is the perfect example of keeping things to a minimum while taking the decorating to the maximum… okay, maybe not the maximum but it worked. I really like how she incorporated old newspaper and the illustrations of the plants are amazing. I’m not really sure what the quote says, but hopefully its something inspirational. Get your decorating on with this super cute habit tracker!
Habit Tracker With Quote
Taking it back to something simple that anyone could set up in their bullet journal is this example! I had to include this one for its overall simplicity and the short amount of time it would take to layout. But don’t let that take away from just how awesome the spread is. The way she uses a different color for each habit is a nice way to break things up. With that being said, it would also look great with a different shade of the same color for each habit, like the tracker from above. Either way, this spread is something that would look amazing in anyone’s bujo. Add a different picture and quote at the bottom to really make it your own!
Minimal Habit Tracker
This is a great spread if you want the more analytical / graph look for your habit tracker but don’t want to go all out the one from the second example. The habits are tracked with simple dots and the mood tracker dots are connected to see the fluctuation throughout the month… I love that idea. Not to mention that super cute header text. That’s the perfect contrast to the clean, sharp lines of the trackers. If you’re going more minimal but not 100% basic, black and white, don’t pass this one up!
Galaxy Theme
If you want a space theme habit tracker this month but don’t want the typical looking spread, then this one is for you! I love the vertical layout of the habits on each side of the galaxy drawing in the middle! This is something I don’t really see that often and it’s growing on me. Plus… pink drop shadows?! Nebulove it!
